Ben Sullivan

Director & Lead Risk Adviser

Ben has specialised in personal insurance advice since 2008, with extensive experience across life insurance, TPD, trauma and income protection. Before founding Premier Wealth Protection, his commitment to client care and quality advice was recognised early in his career when he received the Rising Star Award from Tower Australia. Ben works closely with individuals, families and business owners, providing tailored advice and ongoing support throughout the life of their cover.

Stacy Ferran

Client Services Manager

Stacy brings nearly a decade of experience across life and general insurance throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Her broad insurance background gives her a strong understanding of insurer processes, applications, policy administration and ongoing servicing. As Client Services Manager, Stacy works closely with advisers, insurers and clients to help ensure applications and policy requirements are managed efficiently from start to finish.

Zane Lovell

Risk Insurance Specialist

Zane is a risk insurance specialist with nearly a decade of experience in financial services. His background includes extensive work across superannuation and general insurance, giving him a broad understanding of the financial and protection needs clients face at different stages of life. He combines strong industry knowledge with a personable approach, helping individuals and families understand their options and put appropriate protection in place.

Leslie Cruz

Client Engagement

Leslie has spent much of her career supporting Australian clients across customer service, financial services and client relationship management. She has extensive experience within financial planning practices, with a particular focus on insurance. Her background includes supporting advisers, clients and insurers with applications, documentation, appointment coordination, ongoing service requirements and client communications.

Olivia Nguyen

Operations Manager

Olivia oversees operations, marketing and client experience at Premier Wealth Protection. With a background in economics, finance and business operations, she focuses on the systems and processes that support the advice team and client journey. Her role spans business operations, technology, reporting, marketing and service improvement, helping ensure PWP delivers a consistent and efficient experience as the business grows.
